Each chapter is a living installation: a house or hotel turned into a five-day brand with its own identity, details and atmosphere. Plates by artists, linens by makers, menus designed to be kept - every layer tells a story. But it’s not just decoration. Surrounding ourselves with intentional design changes how we feel and how we connect. This is why I created the Traveling Hotel Club, to share this experience as design isn’t a luxury, it’s a way of living.

I’m Sonja, the founder of BRAND & SPICE, and your host for each chapter. My background blends two worlds: years spent managing luxury hospitality and a design practice rooted in colour, storytelling, and detail. I’ve lived the rhythm of service flow, sourced custom objects from artisans and styled spaces where every element matters.
Our HOTEL CLUB is how I bring those threads together by creating environments that aren’t just beautiful to look at, but deeply felt. My role as host is to shape the experience with care: from the first menu you hold to the plates you dine from, to the quiet details that make you feel at home in a hotel that exists for only a moment.
